About:
Hi I’m Dan, 34, and live in Leeds. Looking to make friends and meet someone new who I can take out on dates to restaurants, cinema, or just an amble around the countryside. Then who knows where it could go :-)
I work “with computers”, but I'm actually a biochemist as I took a career change recently after having worked in the field of medical research for years. I've always been interested in technology so it's worked out quite well. The idea is to learn as much as possible and then I should be getting a decent wack for something I enjoy. That’s the plan anyway! I really enjoy it, which is half the battle.
I love meeting new people too and will talk to anyone, so like to go out to pubs for a quick beer/ale or into town to a decent bar.
Looking for someone of like mind, to do things with and have good conversation. Also I like to snuggle om the settee, would be nice to have someone to cuddle up to. My ex from 4 years ago was Polish and we got on really well. Also have quite a few Polish friends and can speak a little. So would be lovely to meet a nice Polish lady :)
I like to go out walking and try and keep myself busy with sporty things on odd evenings like taekwondo, archery and badminton. I'm not a mad sporty type but like having hobbies and trying new things - always try things at least once ;-) I love meeting new people too and will talk to anyone, so like to go out to pubs for a quick beer/ale or into town to a decent bar - but the less pretentious the better, I prefer quality not quantity lol.
I’m also into my music as I love electronic dance music mainly trance. I do also like to see live stand up comedy whenever I can, I’ve seen the likes of Steve Coogan, Jimmy Carr and Russell Howard. Most of my DVDs are either comedy or action films!
I am a pretty chilled out kind of a guy so it would be great to meet someone who doesn’t take life too seriously either. If we're not out eating or having interesting conversations we could just chill out on the settee with a cup o' tea and watch telly ;-)
