I am native English and live and work in Derby in the midlands. I've been single for while and never been married, and have no children. I live alone in my own house with a car and am solvent. I enjoy a reasonable standard of living but miss someone to share it with. I have a humorous nature, and am quite easy going, quite sociable, but fairly down to earth. My friends say I'm kind and considerate

I'm looking ideally for someone who is younger than myself maybe 10 years or more, but although looks are important to me, I like a woman to be caring and easy to talk to. I'm turning my attention to Polish women now, as these days most English women seem to be one dimensional in what they look for in a man - i.e young, big,tall,loud,big drinkers - I'm hoping European women are more discerning than this.

I enjoy socialising with friends, holidaying abroad and in the UK. I am currently learning French (I like to visit there on holiday each year). I study as well. Go to the gym, swim, and and like photography and spending time on the computer (but not too long)
